Levy to Move Seattle

On May 3, 2024, Mayor Harrell unveiled an 8-year, $1.45 billion levy proposal to fund transportation safety and maintenance in Seattle. Read the full draft Transportation Levy Proposal and learn how to engage here.

Redistricting

In 2022, Seattle underwent a redistricting process to adjust its nine City Council districts based on population changes from the 2020 census. The goal was to ensure equal representation by balancing the population in each district, with new boundaries drawn to reflect shifts in demographics and growth.

Restoration of Magnolia Drive-up Mailbox

We asked Magnolia, via a poll in our April newsletter, if you miss the convenience of the drive-up mailbox by the tennis courts on 32nd Avenue West. MCC received an overwhelming response in favor of replacing the mailbox.
